Most handymen and landlords we know buy their flooring at the big-box stores. We built this program to give them a better option: a local supplier who knows them by name, keeps quality LVP on the shelf, and doesn’t make them float the cost of materials on every job.

Our in-stock luxury vinyl plank is name-brand product from manufacturers like MSI and Mohawk, backed by their warranties. It’s waterproof, durable and an easy install, which makes it ideal for rentals, flips and quick-turn jobs. Our everyday prices already beat the big-box stores, and approved trade accounts get trade pricing on top of that.

Trade accounts are for businesses that buy flooring regularly: handymen, landlords, property managers and builders. Trade pricing is shared once your account is set up. Homeowners, our in-stock floors already come at everyday prices below the big-box stores.

    Send the form or call, and we’ll set up your trade account and approve your terms.

  2. Sell the Job

    Show your clients real samples from your own sample books, right in their home.

  3. Pickup or Delivery

    Grab the material at our Plainville warehouse, or we’ll deliver it to the job.

  4. Install & Get Paid

    You have 30 days to install, get paid by your client, and then pay us.
