Who We Are

My name is Mike. I founded this company on December 21st, 2012, marking the end of my retail sales career and the beginning of a journey towards freedom and creative expression. Initially, the company was named Mike’s Carpentry & Flooring, but it was restructured on July 1st, 2016, becoming Plymouth Home LLC.

I never intended to enter the flooring industry. My background is in art school, yet I believe that art can take many forms, and modern art can be functional. What drives me in each project is the excitement of tackling something new, different, and unique. Every project we undertake adheres strictly to manufacturing specifications (or ANSI, or STEF, etc.). We don’t just build for the present; we create to endure. This commitment allows us to guarantee all our work. My father once wisely said, “If you’re not going to do something right, don’t do it at all.” This philosophy has been instilled in our company.
